Perdana4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' use of the perdana4d platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

By accessing or using the perdana4d platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
Use of the perdana4d platform is subject to full acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the perdana4d management. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of the services provided, you confirm that you:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Registering in a personal capacity and not as a representative of any other party without authorisation.
- Not located in a geographical region where online betting services are prohibited.
- Understand that betting involves financial risk and that you are acting of your own accord.
Perdana4d reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Accounts that fail to meet the eligibility criteria may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one account only at perdana4d. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. perdana4d is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
- Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
- Promptly notifying perdana4d support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring that the device used to access the platform is free from malware.
Perdana4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
Permitted Platform Use
Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the perdana4d platform:
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or contains malware.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with platform operations through any technical means.
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to perform actions on the platform without written authorisation.
- Engaging in fraud or manipulation of the betting system or promotions.
- Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the perdana4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved payment methods, including FPX (Malaysian internet banking) and local e-wallets. No currency conversion fees are charged to Malaysian users.
The payment terms are as follows:
- All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. Deposits cannot be cancelled or refunded except under specific circumstances as defined by perdana4d's policies.
- Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same account holder's name.
- Perdana4d reserves the right to request supporting documents (such as bank statements or identification documents) before approving a withdrawal as part of the verification process.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the platform and are subject to change. Current limits can be reviewed in your account dashboard after logging in.
- Any transactions suspected to be linked to money laundering or fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users agree that perdana4d reserves the right to place a hold on transaction processing until identity verification is complete in situations that require further review.
4. Account Policy — Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

Perdana4d reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any user account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or unauthorised exploitation of promotions.
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified in the platform's policy.
- Upon request by law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the perdana4d support team. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided all relevant conditions have been met.
Platform Liability Limit
Perdana4d is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, service disruptions, technical failures beyond the platform's control, or actions by third parties. perdana4d's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Privacy
Intellectual Property
All content on the perdana4d platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of perdana4d or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any such content without prior written consent from perdana4d.
Third-Party Links
The perdana4d platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for informational purposes only. perdana4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or security practices of those third-party websites. Use of any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Privacy Policy
The collection, use, and protection of users' personal data are governed by perdana4d's separate Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you consent to the data processing practices described in that policy. perdana4d complies with the requirements of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in all matters relating to user data.
6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
Changes to These Terms
Perdana4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the platform following any posted changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the perdana4d platform shall first be resolved through mutually agreed channels, and if unresolved, through the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
